Deltra was founded in 2023 with a narrow ambition. We are a private chauffeur company, licensed in Iceland as an operating taxi station. We hold no rank and take no hails — every journey we make is arranged in advance, for someone we are expecting.
Most of our work begins at Keflavík. A registration and a call sign reach our operations desk before the aircraft does. A stand number. A general declaration. An immigration slot, if one is needed. By the time the engines spool down, the car is in position and the driver has your name — printed, held, and correct.
We do not sell seats. We sell the vehicle, the driver, and the hour.
Our fleet is chosen rather than assembled. A sedan for one or two travellers. A long-wheelbase van for a party of four, and a longer one again when the luggage is serious. A Sprinter when the group grows and the standard must not fall.
Discretion, in our experience, is not a promise. It is a system. Every vehicle reports its position to our desk twice a second, and every journey is recorded from the moment it begins — so that a question about last Tuesday has an answer rather than a recollection.
